McFadyen Pipeline Constructions Pty Ltd identified the need for an internal resource tracking system. The system needed to be user friendly, and a better alternative than the current juggling between numerous files. Armed with only our best descriptions and vague mission requirements, Expert Systems was able to custom built and quickly develop a Resource Tracker that is now the linchpin of our business systems.
This is quite an achievement, and what we appreciated working closely alongside Expert Systems during its development, was their ability to be able to listen and adapt to our exact business requirements, without obviously not being remotely involved in the construction industry.
Since this initial consultation, Expert Systems now also coordinates our hosting, and any hardware requirements our business has required.
